Using an Allen wrench, remove your original UHMW plastic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Slip your new J-Cup Protector over the front of the J-Cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Screw your original UHMW plastic back in on top of the new piece.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4.
